Wednesday, October 11 is Picture Retake Day for all three schools. If you need to retake photos, or if you missed the first day, here is your chance.

Phillips County Businesses, Please join Malta Elementary as our "Business in Focus/Ag Connection" For this community outreach program, businesses come into our school and assist in serving breakfast on a Wednesday. Sign up for a week by emailing zhandley@maltaschools.org or calling 4066542330. We will need a picture of the outside of your building and a description of an agricultural-related product or service that your business provides. We will print and make the poster. Here is an example!

Elementary students will go to the pep rally at 1:00 p.m. and walk back to the Elementary School for dismissal. Please be ready for a 2:00 p.m. dismissal at the Elementary School. Buses will not run in the afternoon. We ask for extra caution when driving tomorrow, thank you & GO BLUE!

A special thank you to Dylan Cook of the Pittsburgh Steelers who talked to the 4th/5th graders about his journey to the NFL and topics like hard work and resilience!

Thank you to the Phillips County Cattlewomen and all the volunteer presenters that made Ag Day happen. MES students learned a great deal about agriculture this past Friday!

And that's a wrap for our middle school volleyball season! 🏐 Thank you Coach Malmend and Coach Smith for all your hard work. Thank you parents and fans for your support and a special shout-out to all our student-athletes that participated! The 7th graders added a cherry on top by bringing home some hardware! NE Middle School District Champions! Congratulations all!
